How it works

  1. 1

    We park outside your office.

    The studio is a Sprinter van with cameras, microphones, and a table for two already set up. You walk out your front door and you're on set. No travel, no studio downtown, no lost afternoon.

    We bring lunch from your favorite spot in San Antonio.

    Puffy tacos, brisket, enchiladas, whatever spot you've been going to for years. You name it when you book, lunch is on us, and it's the first thing we talk about.

  3. 3

    We talk for 40 minutes about how you built what you built.

    How you got here. The bets that worked and the ones that didn't. What you know about San Antonio healthcare that the next generation needs to hear. We're set up before you walk out and packed up after you walk back in. The 40 minutes is all yours.

The studio

A Mercedes Sprinter, rebuilt as a rolling studio and lounge. It comes to you, sets up in your parking lot, and you're on camera five steps from your front door.

The host

Davis Smith, host of the show

Davis Smith

Davis spent his first career as a professional soccer player in Germany, until his knees decided otherwise. The second act brought him home to Texas and into commercial real estate, where he specializes in healthcare: the buildings where San Antonio's practices and health organizations live.

Years of sitting across the table from the people who run healthcare left him with a conviction: the best business education in this industry isn't a course, it's an hour with someone who already did it. Nobody was recording those hours. So he built a studio that goes to them.
